05Questions
Who can join?
Any active Florida sales associate or broker associate. Broker associates keep their broker license status and pay the same fees on the same terms.
Do I need to be near an office?
There is no office to come to. You need an active Florida license, a phone or computer, and the ability to e-sign. Your public contact details (card, profile, email) point to the brokerage, never to your home address.
How does file review work?
You open the transaction in Files, the brokerage's file portal, and upload the documents. The broker reviews them there and either approves the file or tells you exactly what to fix. Every step is stamped and dated on the transaction record. Broker review within 24 hours on business days.
How do I get paid?
At closing, the brokerage issues a commission disbursement authorization to the closing agent. The $500 transaction fee is deducted there, so there are no invoices to pay later.
What happens to a deal that’s pending when I transfer?
Deals under contract stay with your current brokerage, which pays you under your agreement with them. Listings and buyer agreements belong to the brokerage, so moving one needs your current broker’s release. We’ll help you plan the timing before you file the transfer.
Is there a monthly, annual, or desk fee?
No. None of the three.
Ready when you are.
Apply and sign online in about 10 minutes. The broker reviews your application within one business day.
