Referral earnings

Refer a licensed sales associate or broker associate to WiseBridge Inc. Each time they close a transaction, you earn 10% of its transaction fee. The brokerage pays your balance to you when you ask.

What you earn

• $50 for each sale they close (10% of the $500 fee).
• $10 for each rental they close with monthly rent under $2,000 (10% of the $100 fee).
• $20 for each rental they close with monthly rent $2,000 and above (10% of the $200 fee).

Your earnings are added when their transaction fee clears the brokerage’s bank account, and count in the month it clears. Once added, they’re yours. Their fee doesn’t change: the brokerage pays your share from the fee it receives.

Getting paid

• Request a payout in the Referrals tab of Files once your balance is $100 or more.
• The broker sends it to you from the brokerage’s bank account and records it; your balance drops when it’s paid.
• Payouts are income. The brokerage reports them to the IRS as required, using the W-9 you signed when you joined.

Who qualifies

• You and the associate you refer must both be associates of WiseBridge Inc when their fee clears.
• They name you when they apply, through your referral link or your code. The broker confirms it.
• One level only: you earn on the associates you refer, not on the associates they refer.
• If you leave WiseBridge Inc, you stop earning, and the brokerage pays you the balance you earned while you were here in a final payout. If the associate you referred leaves, you stop earning from them.

Your link and balance

Your referral link, your code, your balance, and your earnings month by month are in the Referrals tab of Files.

Changes

WiseBridge Inc may change or end the program with 30 days’ written notice. What you earned before a change is still paid to you.
